Refunds, returns, and exchanges

All devices come with a 30-day functionality warranty. Other returns are handled on an individual basis, please reach out to the store directly or email us at info@yourwsa.com with your name, order number, and short summary of the issue so we can address it.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at info@yourwsa.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
